Quick and friendly service. Called back thinking my tanked wasn’t fully drained (Tiny tank and I’m no expert). They came back out within an hour and were super nice (given my idiotic claim) and showed it was fully drained.

I had septic emergency. Septic backed up n was bad mess..called Jaenecke n was out the next morning...pumped septic tank n cleaned mess in basement bathroom...n was very very reasonable with charge. Would definitely recommend them.

I called them at 11am and they were at my house at 2pm to pump my septic tank. Can't beat same day service. They didn't drive on my lawn.

I hid my septic pipes by creating a flower bed around it. They didn't damage the flowers. I couldn't tell they had been there. They were very nice and professional. The price was great too. I highly recommend them.
