I was BLOWN away by my recent visit at the WM Rockford location. After a separate all over color and cut left me feeling a little down and disappointed, WM offered to fix my hair with a new stylist. Genexis restored my hair and restored my trust. She used test strands to make sure we would get the right results and consulted with a more tenured stylist to make sure the approach would work.
