I would highly recommend using them. My little car was trashed. It was really bad .I hate to say that but it was kinda trashed. 2 hours later, my car looks amazing. Better then when i first got it 7 years ago. They came to my house. Respectful, quiet, On time amd Great communication. My car looks better now then when I first
bought it. The price was amazing. I wouldn't have thought I could get this quality detailing/cleaning for the price I paided. They even took time to spray my half way broken trunk latch. Got it back working and then showed me where to spray the wd40 it to keep it working. My wheels haven't looked this good in years. Ty guys!

Highly Recommend!!! I searched and called several car detailing services in the Rockford and elgin area. VIP was recommended by my local WhatsApp mom group so we gave them a call set up the appointment time to get a quote and they said they could clean up all the debris, dirt, and dog hair that covered my recently purchased transit van. I have to say at first notice I was shocked how clean the rims were, they got rid of all the brake dust and road gunk. The interior was just as impressive and the ceiling was like brand new and the seats were no longer dingy black Grey. Great Work, Great Customer Service, I highly recommend!!! Had my car done inside and out, and my husband’s truck done on the inside. VIP did not disappoint!!! My car looks like it came off the showroom floor. This is my second time using them, and will continue.
