Laura was SO SWEET and kind! She helped me to know what's best for my skin type by applying the products and taught me how and why, I really felt as though I was pampered and that she REALLY CARED! I just wanna say.. Nevaeh is one of the best cashier’s I’ve ever seen! I came to ulta to get some hair products because I wanna start loving my hair and when I came in it was extremely busy, not many associates and each associate was with a guest. I don’t really know what to get so I ended up grabbing a few things and hoping for the best. That was until I got up to the front. Nevaeh was running two registers, engaging with each guest! There was about 3-4 people in line ahead of me at the time but it didn’t take her longer then about 3-5 minutes to get me up to a register. I just want to thank Ulta and all the ladies there. I had a makeup appointment yesterday with someone and after I left that appointment my eyes would not stop watering, literally ruining my makeup and the lady who did my makeup had already left the shop. I went to ulta to see someone could help and advise me on what to buy to fix the issue. The ladies at Ulta pulled out all the stops and made sure when I left that I was beautiful for my birthday and felt confident.
