I strongly advise against engaging with this company. My family made a substantial investment in a home from them over two years ago, totaling nearly $500,000. Regrettably, they have failed to complete the necessary warranty work within the agreed-upon timeframe and have repeatedly attempted to delegate the responsibility of following up with their subcontractors to us. We are currently facing issues such as a leaking kitchen sink, cracked countertops, and deteriorating deck wood, all of which should not be occurring after just two years. We bought a house that was built by them in 2013. In the process of remodeling the kitchen and upstairs floors it has been one find after another. Beer bottles tucked away on the wall, electric not up to code, plumbing not to code. Run away if they built your house, profits over quality and sustainability. They don't care as they long as the get paid.Service: New home construction

We bought our home new and have had consistent issues with the building quality. No accurate system of studs or squaring of walls or floors. I have never seen a home so poorly built.Service: Home construction
