Traci has been my go-to for waxing for YEARS and she's just wonderful. She's quick but efficient, very friendly and it's well priced. Highly recommend her!! Definitely make sure to plan your appt in advance because she books up.
Had my 1st experience at The Wax Room with Cheri. She was so talented and helpful. It barely hurt. I was a little nervous about it of course but as soon as 1st strip was done I was shocked that it didn't hurt. Cheri is very talented and efficient sweet too. Definitely a new customer. Tasha is an excellent masseuse! She is professional, has excellent technique and has made time for me when I thought my back was gonna leave me on the floor!In response to a recent review I saw- last minute cancellations have a huge impact on a small business. If someone cancels 5 times that’s a loss of 500 dollars (for example). How is someone to pay rent when they are at a loss of 2000 per month? Cancellation policies are there to help small businesses stay open. Maybe that person should have said directly he would make up for it next time. SMH
