I gave it four stars simply because I agree with the in timely arrivals however service etiquette work was impeccable what I asked for is exactly what I got very patient took her time (LaLa was my braider) to do so even though I was in a rush to get to work and very joyful great spirits to be around and I appreciate that also the environment and cleanliness was very up to par me not being from here it took me a while to locate someone who understands that I'm focused on my hair journey and getting my hair to grow back after addiction and that's important to me but I'm happy with the outcome.
