Made sure I was comfortable during the exam. The whole process could not have gone any better but much due to the careful attentiveness of KATIE.
I was met with a smiling security guard, a helpful registration person, kind nurses and department staff. To finish up, Tom, the gentleman who drove me back to the door was delightful. We went from strangers to friends in a few minutes. Thx you all for a positive visit.
