Horrible have been here since 3:45 (currently time 6:30) with a bleeding eye and haven't received any treatment or been seeing you can be dying and they'll make you wait "emergency care what a joke"It's not my first time here I've came sick and they also forgot to give me my medicine. Horrible place STAY AWAY
if I could rate it at a zero I womild rate it at a -0 they miss diagnose their patients. The patients have over three hours of waiting time the place was filthy. I thought I was going to get sick by just sitting in there with a friend. A lot of the emergency room staff are very rude and you do not get good quality care there, and if it was up to me, the friend of mine would've never went there. but considering this is Rockford I guess this is the care you have to receive when you move here. 100% thumbs down first hospital ever
My daughter was just hospitalized at swedes. Their flow of accurate information was horrendous. They put her on a medication that was processed specifically by her kidneys...after being told she may have kidney damage. This is not the first time swedes has dropped the ball in my past. I almost died giving birth because they let me be in labor for 3 straight days. They had to give me 3!! Epidurals because they missed the first to times, which caused me to have to have a blood patch to treat the fact I had leaked too much spinal fluid. Again, I could go on and on....unless you are looking to die I would highly recommend you stay as far away from this hospital as possible!!
