    We have roof damage from the wind. They came out the same day and put a tarp on. I will be hiring them for the repair. Great service!!

    Call to get help. Can't get past the items they won't do with the office person. Second attempt to try and work with this company. I don't call to get advice, i call to get someone to look at what i'm asking them to look at.

    Sharing a horrible experience from what could have been a future customer.

    I called the company as there was a gentleman walking around in my yard which caused my alarm to go off continually. I saw a truck on the side of my home so I contacted the company. When I called I asked was there a request to be there as I did not recognize the young man in my yard. Laura then asked my location and said "I guess he's looking at a house if you see our truck". I then asked who requested it as I wanted to know if my fiancé had called since I was working and we do need a new roof. She replied I don't know but I will call you back….which she did.

    When she called me back she stated "he's taking pictures of your neighbors house, but I told him to stay off your property line".
    Laura thought that she ended the conversation but she then started to talk poorly about me to someone else in the background. She began to say that when I called I was just like a person in a condo association who followed one for guys around and we were all crazy. She then stated she is sick of this job as "all I do is listen to problems all day". I was able to record the conversation. Word for word. She stated the person in my yard was the most clean cut, attractive young man and you would never mistake him for a robber. I never believed he was, I was just concerned.

    As a professional courtesy, I called to share my experience with her and she shared she just quit and gave her notice as she was at a volleyball tournament in Arizona with her daughter and how her taking calls has ruined her weekend. I tried to tell her that in the future she should hang up and not talk about potential future customers. All she did was make excuses and say that she did not say it. I recorded it. Laura, I hope that your next place of employment does not have crazy customers as you called a concerned home owner.

    Wow what a great experience for someone who needs a roof.

    Laura, to answer your question, this company treated us disrespectfully, and it truly didn't come off as a family-friendly business. It doesn't surprise me that our name was never in your system, as we continually had to remind you that we were not the previous owners. Still, because our house purchase happened during the hail storm, the previous owner's insurance was involved. We were told our siding was not made anymore and that they needed to send a sample out to be tested. The sample was about 4ft long. They took a giant sample off the side of our house that we didn't even have covered by the insurance claim. We still have a giant eyesore from this company.Furthermore, both my husband and I called to check in and receive an update on the sample and a quote on separate occasions months later, and we were both talked down to by the lady at the front desk. She yelled at us and told us they were too busy to get back to us now. We never raised our voices, and we never implied any demanding information. We asked for an update, that's all, and we never received one. We were later informed that she has a medical condition, which I can empathize with, as I also struggle with a life-threatening medical condition. Still, I will never understand the continued disrespect they all have thrown onto my family, and I am reminded of it every time I look at the side of my house.Edit: I assure you, I was there, Jeremy’s assistant took a 12 in piece and Jeremy stated he needed it to be much bigger. Which, if intel only takes the 12in makes me feel more eerie towards this entire situation. He repeatedly mentioned how the previous owners insurance hadn’t paid them for work in the past.It felt a lot like revenge for the previous owner and by the way you’re throwing their information out there like that, confirms that hunch. This large missing siding from the side of my house was not laying on the ground. They tore it off and claimed they needed it. We asked them to take it off of the front where it was going to be worked on, and they said it was too hard. Where is the accountability here? You called me 5x when you originally posted you have no idea who I am? You have spammed my number and not once took accountability . I originally posted the 1 star without any of this information to save you from a bad rep but you’re digging yourself deeper instead of taking accountability. I would call you back, but the lies on here and the clear way our property was damaged for no reason makes me think there is no point. Why would I want to mend anything when we were willing to pay thousands of dollars to fix our house and not only did it not happen but it was ruined more?
