The spa area is a bonus for relaxation and unwinding after exercise. With great customer service, Planet Fitness is a recommended spot for a motivating and energizing workout experience. The place is always clean, and they provide supplies to keep it sanitary. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially for disabled members who appreciate the accessible facilities. Customers can focus on their workout without worrying about machine availability, as there are plenty of options to get the desired workout done.
I like this location. Just recently started going back to PF. I like the hydro beds and the tanning options always clean and very friendly staff. I went around 10:15ish on 7/19 and the younger gentleman helped me pick out a tanning lotion. & Sada my first encounter meeting him. He was really friendly to chat with! Definitely 100% customer service!
The planet fitness location is a great place to workout. They have many dumbbells and machines. Staff are friendly, but there are things they could improve on this location. I have been to multiple planet fitness locations, and they have a more variety of different machines. Such as bench presses and lateral raise machine. I notice there are a lot of open cardio machines not being used. Maybe this space could be used for other machines that this location doesn’t have. Overall this planet fitness location is like a 85/100
