Phillip’s Nails and Spa is awesome! All of the staff are super friendly and very talented! I have been coming here for years and for good reason; their customer service is great and all the technicians are amazing! Shoutout to Alix, my go-to nail tech for fun designs! Love this place and I highly recommend!!
I recently moved to Rockford and I’m glad to have found my new nail salon. The prices are fair, the staff is so friendly, and they always do a great job on my nails. I also like that they accept walk ins, which is what I’m used to back in Texas. Overall, I highly recommend!
