I can't say enough good things about Alex in the grooming department! She trims and buffs my dogs nails. She is patient with her, gets on the floor to greet her as my dog is a little timid. Alex is professional and kind! You have an awesome employee!

I had to give up my baby Bently. His birthday is August 30th of 2017. I took him in for one last groom before I had to find him a home. I talked about how much I didn't want to give him away and left him to be groomed. One of the groomers, a very nice young woman asked if I really had to give him away and of course I did. She had groomed my baby that day May 13th of 2024 and said if I wouldn't mind she was interested in taking him. I gave her my best friend that day and have missed him everyday since but I know he's well cared for. Thank you for giving my best friend a home.

Very helpful and the attendant explained everything clearly. He called during the visit to give us progress and to alleviate our fears. This is was our first time here and will definitely be coming back.
