Luke came by and showed us samples of pella windows. He was thorough and did a good job showing us the products. Although the price was way out of our budget definitely would recommend if you can afford it.

Installers get 5 stars, measuring guy gets 5 stars, office for notifying us/transposing numbers... 2 stars (not 1 star, because they were pleasant and accommodating when I talked to them in person) and salesperson 2 stars (not 1 star because he was pleasant/not arrogant).Had 5 out of 6 windows installed. Pella windows and doors have proven to be better than any other windows on the market and having their own national service team is a real plus for us and our clients.
