Great experience!!! We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and they were the only company that answered the phone and came to help. Left messages for other emergency plumbing services and never heard back. They actually answered the call. Their service was wonderful and prices were fair for the situation! So thankful as they helped us during what was a stressful situation and put us at ease. They will be the first and only company we call for plumbing services moving forward!
I am so glad that i contacted Pearson Plumbing, we had an issue with our water softener system that was causing a constant trickle into the drain. We had called several other companies in the past and none of them fixed the problem. Pearson came out, and within the first three minutes, they told me what the problem was and that it could be corrected in about 15 minutes. 10 minutes later, he was done and the trickling stopped. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable..... what more can you ask for. These are the guys that you want to call.
Very happy with the job that Dylan Letsinger did servicing my central air conditioner this afternoon. He was professional, friendly, quick and thorough. Found some old leaves and peanuts stashed by rodents in the bottom of the unit that I had no idea were there. Thanks Dylan. Hope to see you again.
