yesterday I had appointment and got blood drawn. as I was leaving, I suddenly started getting dizzy and nauseous and the first to notice was the security at the entrance. they grabbed the nurses while I sat down and gave me a trash can to throw up in (sorry for tmi lmao) the nurses were so sweet and talked me through it, then wheeled me back into one of the rooms out of public view and took care of me. had 2 or 3 nurses checking up on me to see how I was feeling, gave me some water, and even turned the lights off in the room so it wasn't so bright and uncomfortable for me. Dr. Vold is amazing. I’ve been with him for about three years now. My husband started coming to him about a year ago as well and we’ve never had any issues. The answering people do their best to help with any issues whether it’s scheduling problems, trying to get a prescription refilled, etc. You can tell since merging with UW Chicago that there’s issues they’re trying to resolve but overall I think the facility, the doctors especially, want what’s best for the patients. I can’t speak for the dental or walk in side. Just Dr Volds office.
They finally got a permanent doctor whom I hate to leave. I think she is excellent, but I have to leave and I found a new doctor / clinic. They implemented an off-site answering service which takes about 100,000 seconds to leave a message with all this information for the answering service which then goes to the computers at the clinic. So when there's a problem you can't talk to anybody at all you have to go through the answering service again and if it's urgent sometimes they don't answer at the nurse's station msg electronic center so this can take days and a lot of frustration, I can't even tell you. This answering service does not work for Controlled Substances...read full review
