We contacted Zach to create a barrier thwarting any mice incursions and to inspect the property for any issues. He is a very pleasant and professional young man and takes the time to educate and explain what he is looking for and any possible remedies. There were no high pressure or fear tactics, nor did I feel coerced to sign up for any ongoing treatments. This is a perfect model to copy in this line of work, as many complaints of other companies suggest a common problem people encounter with some other companies.He didn't create issues that didn't exist. Previously I subscribed to one of the national pest control companies. I left due to poor service, incomplete treatments, and lack of communication. I decided to give Midwest Pest Control a chance and couldn’t be happier. We’ve had two treatments thus far and both technicians, Ryan and Jake, have been on time, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and what to expect from the treatment.
One of my main issues were box elder bugs but no longer - 2 days after the treatment they are all but gone.
