Rude and unhelpful people answering the phone at the Roscoe clinic.Please hire some Primary Care Physicians to fill the gape of all those doctors who have quit since Mercy took over Rockford Health Systems!

Charged my husband $700, after insurance, for an ultrasound that lasted less than 20 minutes. They charged the insurance nearly $2000 for the ultrasound. We asked for an itemized break down of the services and we were refused it.He was charged for a doctor that he hadn't met. And the ultrasound was conducted by a nurse.When the billing manager was confronted, she agreed that it sounded not right and very high. And that she would call us in a week to give us an update. Never got a call, but we did hear from them a week later with a bill threatening to send us to collections if we didn't pay.We called and they told us that its the price and we'll just have to pay for it....read full review
