I had some issues with my repair but it was resolved quickly.

The only thing they did right was balance the drive shaft and stop the vibration. The used shaft they put on it, they took my new u joint, I just replaced before they did the drive shaft, and charged me for 2 new ones. So now my warranty for that is now longer valid. Plus, he broke the seal to the u joint, and then told me it would cost ME extra to fix it. Like, are you serious? So now, my truck is down again, because of their incompetence.

Wonderful people great work in my opinion best Diesel mechanics in Rockford I am born an raised in Rockford I met Brad from my boss an have been using him every since the guys in the shop are great and so is the customer service they are trustworthy and are going to tell you how it is they are the #1 Diesel shop in Rockford an all around is what I would call the perfect shop an people that I would want helping me with my truck problems.Services: Battery

We had an urgent need to have a driveshaft balanced. They were super busy, so they let us pull the shaft out ourselves in the parking lot and balanced it fast.The price was half what I expected it to be.A sweet older lady was talking to us in the parking lot while we waited. Turns out her husband started the business and her grandchildren now run the joint.A+ on service alone. They even painted the driveshaft!A++++ If you get to meet grandma. Her husband made a great life for her and the grandkids. She made a stressful day a great day.

Would give 10 stars did a couple u joints for my f350 in a blink of an eye at a great price. Would recommend to anyone looking for some guys that actually know something unlike most auto shops
