Had an amazing massage with Tiffany today! Every single movement she made large or small was very intentional. This girl knows what she’s doing! Her De-Stresser massage did just that; I MELTED on that table. I walked out of there feeling better than I have in a VERY long time! Highly recommend!!!
If you are searching for a massage therapist (as I have been for YEARS) who LISTENS to not only your input but what your body is saying, patiently works through knots/adhesions until they are gone, and has a sense of humor about that challenge - book with Tiffany Czerwin, owner of Wellness Innovations here in Princeton. She is a master with cupping, and using (for me) deep pressure consistently, which is what my body responds to. Throughout the massage, she asks how I’m doing, and if pressure is ok, actually wanting my feedback to make the experience worth it for both of us. So relieved and excited to decrease my pain and improve and maintain my muscle health!
I booked the “I Don’t Know” massage because I wasn’t sure what I needed. Tiffany took the time to talk to me and really assess my needs. It was the best massage I’ve had and she really helped me feel better. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with her. Thanks, Tiffany!
