35 minute wait we ended up walking out they told us we should of called to make appointment i told them we did call but there line was disconnected then they said oh yeah we been having problems with that.

Doesn't have a translator ready despite not really speaking English, be prepared to rely on your phone's Google Translate for everything.
Has no style previews to look through, you have to watch videos on his phone and choose what he shows.
Went to pay and he suddenly only takes cash, directs customers to an ATM across the street. Doesn't say what the cost is. When you come back with the money, he expects at least $40 for just a dude's hair cut.
I got out of there quickly without arguing because someone like this isn't to be trusted to not grab my phone or screw with me outside of that building. Never go here.
-Edit- As it turns out, that employee isn't even actually the owner. I came in the next possible day and talked to the real owner while the first employee was there and he agreed that the hair was shorter and not correct. Despite that they both still refuse to refund the fee.
Here's the long and short of it: they will bait and switch scam you out of $40, just go to Great Clips instead.

Mannie gave my 2 year old son a fantastic haircut! He has a lot of patience, delivers what you ask for and has the “good” suckers for the kids afterwards! 10/10 recommend!
