Service is second to none. My A/C went out on a Sunday, called and they were out within an hour. He did not try to sell me on anything I didn’t need or that wouldn’t work, very straight shooter and professional. Was out the very next morning to install a new unit. Can’t say enough good about these guys!!

Jim Holder has retired. Total Plumbing & Heating has acquired his business. I called because someone referred me to Jim since he was particularly familiar with Lennox furnaces. Total was very willing to help me, but rather than waste my time or money, referred me to another HVAC company that is Lennox-affiliated. I appreciate doing what's best for the customer.
