Calling and making the appointment was a breeze. They actually ANSWERED the phone without a jist of choices and prompts. Tanya was very thorogh to understand the issue and offered convenient time slots for a Service call. Randall was EXCELLENT. Our air conditioner wouldn't turn on (in 90° temps) He came and saw, very quickley, a mouse nest in the bottom of our outside unit. And a chewed wire. Not only did he repair the wire and get the unit running but he did this in the POURING RAIN. Didn't even hesitate and smiled the whole time. Great Service, highly recommend!
David was right on time. I was impressed that he laid down floor covering down to and through the basement because it was raining. The work he quoted was done exactly as he said. Will use Total again.
