Was recommended to Joe by a colleague and Im extremely disappointed with how they treat clients. Very rude and unprofessional, When I called to confirm my appointment, the person asked if there were any 1099s, and I had a company tax. Of course, there are 1099s because I am filing business taxes. When I arranged an appointment, he didn't ask me those questions. In addition, he was incredibly rude AND he informed me that this appointment would be canceled due to the additional time required.
