Employees were very personable. Chris explained everything in detail. I wish there had been a little more communication from the time arrangements were made to the time the death certificate and urn arrived. But when I picked up everything, a gentleman even carried the urn to the car for me. That was nice.

From beginning to end of our experience with Grace, when we were all confused and hurting Kristan walked us through the whole process, helped with decision making, gave us all options, accommodated all our requests and gave us all the space and time to start our mourning process. What they said they would do they did and made sure all went smoothly. They even followed up with information to help with our grief which is going above and beyond. I'm so glad we have them serving our community.
