Excellent, efficient service. Took care of all key tasks following the sudden death of my brother, who had made no advanced plans for his death, and who lived 200 miles away from us. Assisted us with disposition of personal affects once we arrived in Rockford, and provided helpful advice as needed.

Very responsive and helpful, this is our second time using them. This time for our dog that passed. Kristan met us there and helped pick out the ern. She handled it with as much grace and respect as a family member passing. Thank you for helping make the difficult time a little bit easier!
