This place is amazing. The operators are incredible people that although they run a business they are more concerned about your experience with them, providing you great service and your well-being! In my slowness I booked an appointment on the wrong day and not under a membership, they changed my appointment and credited me the balance difference! They did it with ease even though they were within their right to charge me the normal rate, charge me for the float and make more money. Relaxing, clean, serene. Enjoyed my time there and the in-room shower was nice after my float. Owners responsive to my questions and helpful during the checkout process when applying my gift card.

This was one the the most unique & relaxing experiences. The gentlemen who helped me was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely do this again. Make sure to check this place out!
