I've been going here to float since January of 2020 and it's the most relaxing and peaceful thing I do for myself. The magnesium in the water is healing for my muscles and I'm able to stretch and move in ways I am not able normally. Everyone should try it! If you have mobility issues , or have trouble getting up from the floor( or out of a normal tub) this is not the place for you.
Forest City Float is one of 815's greatest attributes. This is a place of deep cleansing, healing amd true inner growth. The sensory deprivation float tanks, infered saunas and Tibetan Singing Bowls are just to name a few beautiful features. This is a must see! 🙏
This is a unique experience that everyone should try. My daughter and I went for an hour of float time. We arrived and were welcomed kindly and shown the attached yoga studio as well. There are 2 rooms with float pods and showers and everything you need. You can have a little ambient lighting if you choose and also ear plugs and a head support if you choose. I chose nothing and darkness and I challenged myself with the sensory deprivation. It was good for me. The host was so kind and informative and the facility was very clean and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs to get to this unit, so be aware if you have mobility issues. It was definitely worth it.
