I have been going to Family optical for years at the Rockford location.
They continue to impress me.
They are the best around. Very friendly atmosphere and go the extra step to find you exactly what you’re looking for .

I went here early last year for the first time. I really liked the doctor and the staff. Both were very friendly and informative. I also requested my prescription a couple of months ago to replace my glasses that were accidentally thrown away. They emailed me within 5 minutes with zero issues. I see other people who have given this place bad reviews, but this was not my experience whatsoever. Excellent place, and I will continue to go and recommend it.

I've gotten several pair of glasses here. My first time back sense they moved their office from apline. Both the optometrist I've seen have been nice and knowledgeable.. The ladies and gents at the front desk are welcoming.
