Fast service. Great customer service. The Doctor and her assistant did a wonderful job at explaining everything and also helping us to understand what was going on with my 17 yr old daughter. The store has a large selection of frames to pick from. Once the frames were picked and the prescription was in. It took a total of 19 minute for her to receive her 2 pairs of glasses and her main pair was a special order. She got the transition lenses with the glare guard in them. Thank you again Eyemart Express. Job well done as usual.
I took my 93 year old Korean war vet dad for new glasses. His prescription expired so we had to make an eye appointment with the Dr. We were able to get one that day. Everyone in the Dr's office was very nice. Afterwards dad picked out glasses. The person who helped us was very nice as well. We were told the glasses would be done in an hour. We left, came back an hour later and they were done. I also want to note that their frames are very reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised.
