I really like this place I do. I’ve been about 4 times and always had a good specialist this time however was different. I’m all for teaching and allowing ppl to try on me but I like to be informed beforehand. She wasn’t allowing wax to dry all the way like rushing and was going over same area about 2-3 times. It was really painful (I get waxing is but never this painful) came home after a while discovered areas that were irritated like burning. So I’m guessing some of my skin was pulled off. I just say all this to say pls make sure the specialist is ready to perform alone because this is very uncomfortable and traumatic and not to mention not cheap.i did reach out to customer service and they said someone will call and follow up however i never got that.

Geneya did such a amazing job on my facial waxs, she made my eyebrow shape perfect to which made me enjoy them again! Definitely go to her, if I wasn't traveling through, I would see her every time.

I had a great first time experience. After checking in I was immediately taken back to the waxing room & politely instructed on what to do. The wax specialist Audriana, was very informative about the procedure for the full Brazilian wax. She asked if I was comfortable. She went over the steps that she would be conducting & made me feel very comfortable. While performing the wax, she talked to me about the pain levels & what I would experience with each strip. The process was quick & fast yet also very precise. She was also very thorough in explaining after care steps & showed me which products she recommended for me to use. The pricing was also great. It was my first wax so I got half off the regular price which was nice. I didn’t feel like I couldn’t afford it or to return for future appointments because the price would be out of my budget range. I was able to book my next appointment before I left & was gifted a care package. I will continue to use EWC going forward.
