    My relatives have had 2 bad experiences in the last few months with the same service guy. The first time was a spring cleaning, and the most recent time was a service issue call for a leak. Long story short they said he was super rude both times. My relatives told him what they thought the problem was and he wouldn't even check it. Then he told them that their only option was to replace their entire AC for about 6 grand because they don't make the older Freon anymore. He flat out lied. We know someone in HVAC who came out to check out the problem. Sure enough, it was exactly what my relative said the problem might be. It just needed to be cleaned and a Freon refill. Guess what, the Freon is readily available and the issue/refill was addressed same day. My relatives are too nice to call and share their feelings, but I am in management and if I had a bad egg on my team I would want to know. If he had at least been nice, they honestly may have purchased a whole new AC unit. This service person is not delivering a good experience for your customers and is hurting your company name with dishonest practices.

    We came home and our air was not cold we called comfort solutions the they were here in 15 minutes I know that it's hard to believe but this company is truly the best company

    I contacted this company concerning a possible leak in a residential air conditioning system. When I originally spoke with the representative, I expressed what I needed and inquired about the technician having the right equipment to troubleshoot. When the technician arrived, he was not prepared. Did not have any equipment to check for leaks. He asked if he could borrow a bottle of glass cleaner to troubleshoot the leak. During the troubleshooting process, he opened the system, while it was still pressurized and almost lost a part. His focus was not to find the leak. It was to add refrigerant. After opening the system, He didn’t check operation integrity before he left. I was concerned with the results of the service call and tried to communicate this to the owner He was very abrasive. He did stay the technician did not complete the work, And was willing to send him back out another time. When the technician returned, I asked him “ So what are we doing?” Which was a general statement. He was very arrogant and stated I don’t know, Isn’t it working? I was very concerned about his comment and expressed my concerns to him. I attempted to call the owner at the time, but he stated he was busy, and would call me back, which he did not. The technician started he was leaving, but I asked him the stay until I spoke to Keith. Eventually, I told him I didn’t want to waste anymore of his time, and he might as well leave. When I spoke to the owner, Keith. He simply told me we won’t service you anymore. That I followed his technician around. And hung up the phone. This air-conditioning unit has had Refrigerant added previously. All I was trying to do, Was having my issue resolved. I’m just a consumer that wants a service technician to respect my needs. Beware of this company!

    I'm posting this on my own opinion and what happened to my Mom during her experience as a 3rd party perspective on her experience from beginning to end. I was on premise during the whole inspection, negotiation of the furnace system and all the way through the end of the installation process. My mom is a dignified, nieve, older woman that can easlily get taken advantage of. And she was a bait & switch victim of Keith and Comfort Solutions. She had made an appointment to get her furnace cleaned and tuned up for the upcoming winter. She was informed that her furnace wouldn't last long and could dispense harmful gas into her home if used during the winter. So she decided to get a Carrier furnace with an air conditioner though Keith and Comfort Solutions. She was quoted for a Carrier furnace and air conditioner and made an appointment for installation later next week. She paid half down the day of the of the appointment being made and the other half the day of the instalation. The appointment came and Keith and Carrier Solutions staff came with a simalar Bryant furnace with air conditioner. We were told it was identical except for the name plate. Keith admitted that eventhough he quoted and charged her for a better quality brand Carrier brand it wouldn't be in stock until early next year and made the installation appointment anyway knowing this fact and delivered a similar budget quality version system called Bryant. Keith knew the Bryant brand was the only thing he'd be able to deliver and install and told my mom she was getting the Carrier version. I tried to convince my mom that she was a victim of bait and switch and Keith was being dishonest to her. And she shouldn't pay the same for the lesser quality Bryant that was "supposedly similar". But unfortunately she decided to continue anyway and pay the full Carrier price eventhough she was getting a Bryant system. The installation took from 9am to well after 6pm. I'm sure it's an okay furnace that my mom got but it just bothers me that Keith with Comfort Solutions took advantage of my kind heared mom that doesn't like confrontation or stand up for herself much so she just let it happen...eventhough I advised her to stop the process. The Comfort Solutions staff seemed somewhat professional, knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Eventhough at times I overheard arguing and issues they weren't sure how to work around and they kept needing to have to leave or get parts delivered that they didn't have what they needed. One of the workers admitted to my Mom that if one of the other workers carried his weight and didn't leave early the job would have gotten hours and hours ago. The Bryant seems to be working fine but isn't the Carrier version she bought and made the appointment for. I had my mom call Keith this morning and talk to him about all of this. And she reluctantly did so. Keith refused to give of her of some of her money back since she was overcharged for the wrong furnace. So please beware of Keith and Comfort Solutions and don't get lied to and taken advantage of. What happened to my mom really bothers me and the only thing I can do is post this and warn others. Since Keith refuses to make things right by giving her back the money he stole from her. There was also carpet damage during the installation and our personal radios and fans were moved and turned on without permission. A wood table was used and got wet or moist from the installation that they were using and had to dry off the wood table there was silver debris that i had to scrape off some if the top layer of the table got ruined and there was a lot of mud she had to clean up. I wouldn't exactly say Comfort Solutions was respectful of her property and personal items.Services: Heating system installation

    Crew members Mason and Keegan did a great job of changing out our HVAC system this week. They provided us with a great product and excellent service at a fair price. You can be confident that Justin and his crew will stand behind their work and put their customers first.

    Last week we had a routine check on our perfectly functioning AC and discovered that mice had had a party in our outdoor unit, which was common for this brand and model. Sadly, this meant we 'needed a new capacitor, contactor, and fan motor' because the wires had been chewed. Our professional technician gave us a quote of repair for half the cost of a new AC system and encouraged us to buy a new unit, 'given the age and everything.'Because the AC system had been running beautifully, we continued to get second opinions and we are so grateful we did!! After a week of bearing the heat without AC, we stumbled across Comfort Solutions and asked them to come take a look. They were here the first possible hour that I could be here, checked out the unit, made some common sense repairs including a new capacitor, provided professional advice, and tested the system all at a FRACTION of the original 'repair' price quoted by more commonly known HVAC companies. Now we can put that $7,000 towards something we truly need!We plan to have them come out for our furnace check soon and every year hereafter!!!Writing this from my now comfortably cooled home.

    THESE GUY'S WERE REMARKABLE, FOUND THE PROBLEM WITH MY FURNACE AND REPAIRED IT, NICE TECH'S I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM ACCEPT THEY WILL BE THE ONLY COMPANY I'LL EVER CALL WHEN A HAVC PROBLEM ARISES, 10 STARS IN MY VIEW...THANK YOU COMFORT SOLUTIONS!Service: Repair HVAC

    Justin and his crew are amazing! We have had an HVAC system installed at our place of business as well as a new Ac unit at our home. Justin and his team are courteous, knowledgeable, timely, dependable, and most importantly HONEST. He gives you all the options without pressure toward any one decision. He operates his business with integrity and humility that is extremely difficult to find these days. Justin is prompt with returning texts/phone calls/ and even responded to a text when he was at home recovering from a surgery! We highly recommend Justin and his team!
