I have been going to CP a couple days a week for a little over a month now and I LOVE IT!! I can’t remember the last time I was excited to go work out but I looooove it there and would go every day if I could. I have had several different instructors and each one has been kind and no class has been exactly the same. Facility and equipment are clean. 10/10 *chefs kiss*

Great classes and wonderful instructors. There’s something new every single class, so I never get bored. Lots of friendly faces, working out and supporting each other highly recommend.

I visited the Rockford CP while visiting from Southern California. I loved how welcoming everyone was and the instructors were so personable. The space was remarkably clean and spacious too!Thank you to Becky, Lori and Robin. Loved my experience in all three of your classes!
