I loved my optometrist but it took forever to get my glasses from the lab. I had to call them 2x to find out where my glasses were before I got them. Thank God I did not have to send my existing frames in for new lenses or I would have been without for 4 weeks.

I explained my problem to the front desk lady. NO people skill at all. Seemed disinterested, seemed put out, didnt seem to know much either. She said to see an Opthamoligist i would need a referal from a Optomatrist, which doesnt make sense. I have an eye problem i dont want a regular vision test
