I loved my optometrist but it took forever to get my glasses from the lab. I had to call them 2x to find out where my glasses were before I got them. Thank God I did not have to send my existing frames in for new lenses or I would have been without for 4 weeks.
24 hours out from getting LASIK and what an experience! Dr. Vakharia and Christina were amazing. The process was a lot smoother and easier than I imagined. So glad I came here and finally got this done after 30 years of wearing glasses!!!
I had LASIK surgery performed here last Thursday. The entire process including consultation, exam, surgical prep, surgery, and follow up were all thoroughly explained. The surgery was very successful as I now have perfect vision. Within 5 hours of surgery, I could see clearly without my glasses or contacts.The staff including the doctor were friendly and professional.A week later, my eyes are still feeling great!Thank you, New Vision
