Great experience. Shawn is very knowledgeable and courteous. As soon as he took a look, he knew what my issue was and was able to take care of it right away. He have straightforward responses and don't keep anything vague. Told me exactly what it could be and took care of the issue same day
I had a great experience with this company. Shawn is very courteous and professional. A worker from a lawn mowing service hit the well cap on my property which also damaged one of the pipes connecting to the pump. Shawn came out, diagnosed the problem and returned the day after to repair as he had to get source some components for the repair. The issue was repaired, a new well cap installed and everything is operating as it should. Shawn is very personable and we spent some time talking about music, bands, etc. It was nice to hear his stories! I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future. Keep up the great work.
I called Action Well yesterday morning and received a call back in less than an hour from Shaun. He listened to my problems and took the time to explain my options. He was honest as to what I needed and what I did not need. He was very cognizant of Covid 19 and wore proper protective equipment. After deciding on the course of action, he went right to work and completed the project. I highly recommend Action Well!
