My father, Bob Collins came in earlier last week to see about some threaded PVC for his well. He was met by Kris Schuur and quite literally had a once in a lifetime positive customer service experience. Kris went above and way beyond for my dad who was having trouble pulling the well from under the house (or something like that…I don’t know the first thing about wells lol) my dad was so blown away by the kindness and helpfulness of Kris that I just had to come leave a review. I called Bull Well Drilling earlier today to service the well pump (purchased from them years ago) in my mom’s house she bought in December. They were able to come out within a couple hours to check the pressure, and check the hose filters in her washer and her kitchen sink. Pump and tank still working great, some buildup in the hoses to get washer and kitchen which they helped her with. They also gave her great advice on the longevity of her equipment and other tips. And then they were so kind to not charge her for their services! Thank you, Bull Well Drilling for a job well done in customer satisfaction and quality of service!
