Had a truly terrible customer service situation at this place today & left a 1 star review. The manager just called me to make it right. Changing to 5 stars because it's not about the mistake: it's how the mistake is handled.

Every time I went there it was efficient and the lady was friendly. I appreciate she examined carefully and offered washing suggestion when she said my dress couldn’t be dry clean. I’ve been very happy with their service.

My wife's father's burial USA military flag was dingy and yellowed. A1 Cleaners dry cleaned the flag at no charge to my surprise. Thank you A1 for your consideration and respect for our heroes!
