The process of replacing our water heater was just as difficult as expected due to delays with our home insurance company, which limited how quickly the plumbing company could move forward. There was also an initial mistake made by one of the employees that set things back even further.

Normal paying customer here... Watson installed a beautiful 50 gallon Rheem water heater in my house this morning. Work order was placed the day before. The technician was efficient and skilled. He had the new one installed before old one could drain out. I was impressed with his brazing on the copper water tubing.
