“I cannot thank the Trimble team enough for everything they have done for my family. After the loss of our father, we called them to set up an appointment and they had actually remembered who we were after having our services for both of our maternal grandparents in the last few years. Reid was amazing in helping us navigate how to work through setting up services, walking us through how the process works, and laughed alongside us while we talked and reminisced about our dad. He and Skylar were awesome with answering the questions we had, or helping us find the answers if they didn’t know directly. We were able to see our dad one more time before his cremation and he looked more like himself than he did the “last time” we saw him which in a weird way, made me feel happy. The day of the service went perfectly. Everyone we interacted with was incredible, and you could genuinely feel the love they have for our family. The whole day was so smooth and seamless that if there WAS an issue, we didn’t know about it, and it was handled. My family and I are so grateful for the Trimble crew. Thank you all so much.”
