“They are kind and helpful. I was concerned about filling out the information form on line. I did call a couple times to be sure I understand exactly what was needed. They explained things very well. When their service was needed they showed up promptly and handled everything. I brought the cremains home. When I decide on burial they said they would handle that no matter when I was ready. A very sad and difficult situation was made easier by using Mississippi Valley Cremation.“
