The average temperature now is 80 -82 degrees while the outside temperature is above 100 degrees. It’s reassuring to know the roof is now better equipped to handle moisture and heat buildup, which should extend its lifespan.
Workmanship was solid across the board—clean lines, secure flashing (beautiful black metal flashing wrapped around the chimney), and no shortcuts taken. The crew arrived as scheduled, kept the job site tidy and completed the project on schedule. Communication was consistent with the project manager, and they were transparent about materials and process.
