“Recently had a new roof installed that included both a cricket and a ridge vent, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation with Chris through project completion (project manager on premise), the team demonstrated strong professionalism and attention to detail.
The addition of the cricket behind the chimney was a smart upgrade. It has significantly improved water flow and eliminated the pooling issues we used to see during heavy rain (source of wood rot). This was carefully designed and properly integrated into the roofline.
The ridge vent installation has also made a noticeable difference in attic ventilation. The airflow is much better, and I’ve already seen improvements in indoor temperature consistency. The average temperature now is 80 -82 degrees while the outside temperature is above 100 degrees. It’s reassuring to know the roof is now better equipped to handle moisture and heat buildup, which should extend its lifespan.
Workmanship was solid across the board—clean lines, secure flashing (beautiful black metal flashing wrapped around the chimney), and no shortcuts taken. The crew arrived as scheduled, kept the job site tidy and completed the project on schedule. Communication was consistent with the project manager, and they were transparent about materials and process.

“Dan came out to give an estimate on a leak I had in my garage. He gave me a quote which was extremely reasonable. I knew my roof was very old so I asked how much for a new roof. That was also very reasonable, so I got on the schedule.
Thank goodness they came along. I had a couple of sheets of plywood that were completely rotted as well as a couple of trusses over my covered porch. The overage on those items was, again, very reasonable.
Even with the extra wood work, these guys were in and out in a single day. Tore off the old, fixed the bad spots, put the new on, and all that was left as evidence they were there was a single nail. It's been a month and I haven't found a second nail. These guys are just great.”
