We love BCVS! I have been taking my dog and 2 cats there for 7 years. Dr. Jess is very patient with the animals, and it's clear she truly cares about what's best for the animal. And she's soooo knowledgable about, well, everything! She's very upfront and clear about the cost of services, and the costs always seem fair. Her staff is kind and very responsive.
I don't think I have enough great things to say. We are extremely happy with the quality of work we received, their compassion for the financial situation we were in, and good communication from everyone. The entire team was very respectful to our home, animals and toddlers running around. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you for getting AC back into our home.
