“Stacey at the Octavus location is nothing short of AMAZING. I got a terrible haircut at a barber down the street from this location. They left strands of longer hair and took a significant chunk of hair out of one side. They also shaved the sides down to the skin. They offered to fix it but I did not trust them to be able to.

I immediately went to Great Clips hoping to get the chunk fixed but imaging it was too short to make it look like anything I would be happy with. Not only did Stacey completely blend the chunk, she fixed the long strands and other spots I did not notice. I wish I had before and after photos because it's honestly unbelievable how she was able to fix it all with such little hair to work with. On top of it all, she was a kind person. She was a lifesaver and I will be going back to her.“

“This was literally the best salon experience of my life. My hair has never looked this good! I went home and grinned at myself in the mirror for a solid 10 minutes. I was surprised that the shampooing and scalp massage came with the haircut too. Annelise did me so good, it had me in the chair looking like [See photo]. So sad that she’s moving in October, but I’d highly recommend her while she’s still here! Everyone at the salon was so welcoming and helpful. They had an adorable boutique with complimentary snacks and drinks, and I was able to pick up some hair products for a decent price after discounts. I’ll definitely be coming back.
