Great for an inexpensive basic haircut or trim. It's no-frills, but I have never walked out unhappy with their work. I was on a tight budget when living in Springfield but needed to keep my hair trimmed, they did a great job and fit the bill for what I needed.

I love coming to this location but I do have a question. Are you good at getting tangled and matted hair undone so the whole hair doesn't have to be cut out? ThanksServices: Kids' cuts

Most of them are super friendly and talented. However, I had one experience where a particular stylist really messed up my hair and would argue with me about it. She insulted my appearance. Then proceeded to tell me my hair was perfect when it by far was not, and that I go home and style it myself to make it look good… like What?? She just wanted ne to be gone so she could collect tips like I was a chore or something. I came back the next day and got it fixed by another stylist who has done my hair before and now I love it.
