I talked to Allie about what had happened and she was so kind to me. She spent a lot of time listening and asked me exactly what I wanted. The consultation felt collaborative. She was very gentle with my hair and didn't tangle or mat it (fine hair but I have a lot of it, and it's very long). She really took her time and I am so happy with the result.
