“Mike and Hefferan roofing was great! We had multiple quotes and even though Hefferan wasn’t the least expensive, though they were the most knowledgeable. They were our third quote and they were the first ones to bring up an “cricket” for our chimney that is code now. The other two roofers did not even mention it. After doing research, Mike was correct, leading to my understanding of how knowledgeable he truly is.
Anytime I’ve had a question, Mike has responded right away and even came by my house to show me in person. He also dropped off multiple samples as well as laid them on my roof so I can get a good visual.

Would also like to note how pleasant it was to work with Teri the operations manager. There were some unplanned installation issues that came up during the project that could have made this experience very stressful. However Teri was able to work with the supplier and then also get a team rescheduled to return back onsite to get all of the issues fixed and resolved. All in all I thought the installers did an excellent job.

Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout.

He spent hours reviewing options and brainstorming with me as more damage was uncovered and the scope had to expand as we went.
