I’ve been a loyal member for 5+ years, and Simone is honestly the only reason I’ve stayed. Since moving from the former River Forest location to Oak Park, this business has been a downgrade in every single way.

The old location had free parking and was easy, convenient, and welcoming. Now you have to pay to park in the garage across the street, which is frustrating enough—especially with membership prices increasing as well.

The biggest issue is the environment. A massage should be peaceful, but this location is loud and distracting. If you’re placed in Room 11, don’t expect to relax. You’ll hear the door opening and closing,...read full review

Good morning. It took me until the day after to collect my thoughts, To write this review, I went to the new location of Massage Envy in Oak Park/ River Forest. The experience that I had at this location as a first time client of Massage Envy was horrible the massage therapist that I had was not the friendliest person she wasn’t very inviting. I feel as though I didn’t get what I paid for, first of all I’ve had many massages before and this was one of the worst. I paid for a full body massage however, there was so many points and parts of my body that were not touched. Not sure why. I can speculate, but I won’t put that in the atmosphere. This writer signed up as a member approximately 8 months ago. Since then I have found it very difficult to utilize my coupons and/or schedule an appointment with someone I enjoyed. Example, I was never able to use my stone massage coupon that was given as a new member . This writer was told that she will be put on their waitlist, still no call or accommodations. This is just one example out of many . Additionally, this writer had several scheduled appointments with Chi Chi, only to be canceled by staff on several different occasions.
