Maybe I’m just unlucky but whenever I come here, no one is helpful. No one approaches me which is fine, but when I go out of my way to find someone to help they do the bare minimum. I was looking for an item that said was in store on the website and asked two different employees where it might be and they pretty much just sent me on a scavenger hunt with no prize. Helpful employees make a huge difference, and I get they might be busy but helping me properly would’ve taken a few minutes at most.

I had a GREAT Saturday stroll through Ulta this past weekend. Everyone that I came encounter with was extremely helpful, especially Sienna and Amber. Thank you all for your patience!

Michelle the General Manager did a fantastic job helping with my exchange. She even took the extra step to let me know about the current product promotion. Which I was able to get 5x the points with my exchange. Great customer service. Will be returning. Thank you Michelle for taking the time to go the extra step.
