“I bought a pool from Tom and Candi even though I lived 2 hours away because it was a lot less costly than in my town. A couple of hoses had leaks and we had difficulty putting everything together correctly. Not only did they help me over the phone multiple times, but they got in their car and drove 2 hours to help get the pool connections all put together correctly. They wouldn't take any pay for this. I find this to be an above and beyond customer service experience. They are good people with hearts of gold. I loved watching them work together, too! Dad and daughter team of the year!
